Support students across Years 12 & 13 Provide 1:1 and small group academic mentoring Support study skills, revision strategies, and independent learning Assist with university applications, UCAS guidance, and career aspirations Work closely with Sixth Form staff and subject teachers Full-time, Term-Time Only September 2026 start Long-term & full academic year position Located in Westminster

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Must hold a 1st Class or high 2:1 degree from a reputable university Outstanding GCSE and A Level results across the board Strong academic background throughout education Confident, articulate, and professional communicator Genuine passion for mentoring and supporting young people Previous tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or youth work experience is desirable Aspiring Teacher, Academic, Lecturer, or Education Professional Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
