JOB DETAILS Job Summary The Receptionist is responsible for managing front-desk operations, ensuring accurate handling of customer interactions, administrative tasks, and communication processes. This role supports overall store operations by maintaining organization, ensuring proper documentation, and providing a professional and efficient point of contact for customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage reception desk operations to ensure consistent coverage during business hours
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and efficient manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company standards
- Ensure compliance with required documentation and posting requirements
- Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing communications, including messages and inquiries
- Assist with coordinating internal communication between departments
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception area
- Identify and escalate operational issues, documentation concerns, or compliance gaps
- Previous experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in a retail or warehouse environment
- Familiarity with administrative processes and documentation requirements
- Experience handling high-volume customer or call interactions
