As an ER Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to patients in the emergency department. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team and ensure the highest standards of care are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with team members in patient care
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing techniques and standards
• Documenting patient information according to standards of care
• Performing assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Developing and executing patient care plans tailored to individual needs
• Participating in performance improvement activities and shared governance
• Providing clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care plans
• Utilizing critical thinking for patient safety and experience, escalating as needed
• Engaging in professional nursing activities and peer review processes

Requirements for this role include:

• Active WI RN Licensure
• Flu vaccination
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• Either TNCC or TNS certification
