We offer up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet all conditions for payment. Required Qualifications Graduation from an accredited nursing program. Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License. 1 year acute care experience with the patient population similar to the department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
