OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Fort Smith, AR by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Join HMD as an OTR solo CDL-A dry van driver out of Fort Smith, running nationwide freight with strong mileage pay starting at 65 CPM and weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus safety and referral bonuses.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate dry van equipment on regional and long-haul routes while following hours-of-service requirements.
• Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections and keep trucks clean for inspection incentives.
• Keep precise trip logs, manifests and clear communication with dispatch regarding ETAs and routing.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable experience.
• Commitment to vehicle care, compliance, and on-time delivery.
