What You Bring to the Table

• 1-2 years of related manufacturing experience
• Good communication skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination
• Ability to use hand tools and light machinery
• Capacity to stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Willingness to work in a team environment

What You'll Build Every Day

Follow technical instructions, interpret drawings, and adhere to manufacturing procedures. Utilize tools and test equipment responsibly. Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace. Assist the department supervisor in meeting production goals. Support team members through shared knowledge and training.
