Are you ready to take your ag career to the next level? A progressive, family-owned agricultural retail facility is seeking a Custom Applicator to join their team! Be part of a dynamic operation where your work directly supports local growers and contributes to high-yield success across the region.
Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Be Doing:
- Apply fertilizer and crop protection products with precision and care , following blend sheet instructions.
- Ensure accurate application and maintain exceptional attention to detail .
- Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner , helping build long-term relationships.
- Support daily operations , including inventory management, product deliveries, and customer service.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and agronomy sales during the off-season.
- Work with a variety of crops including corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa .
