Join our Mental Health Associates providing support to our clients through multi-modal group sessions, patient break supervision, routine monitoring of urine drug screens, and multiple assigned clerical and operational activities! High Focus Centers in Lawrenceville is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our highly trained staff create individualized, comprehensive and robust treatment plans designed to meet each client's treatment goals. • Position Details: Full Time: Monday - Friday, no evening schedule
• Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development
• Must be able to co-facilitate a didactic and experiential group or is willing to learn to co-facilitate groups.
• Involves driving, sitting, walking, handling charts and talking on the phone for extended periods of time.
• Participate in written and verbal shift changes by communicating with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, shift updates.
• Support the daily structure through helping clients attend all scheduled activities.
• Under direction of supervisors, facilitates activities including recreational groups and meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education:

• REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• REQUIRED: At least one (1) year of experience working with adolescent populations.
• REQUIRED: Valid Driver's License
