Strategic Alliances Manager

Position Overview

Cirrascale Cloud Services is seeking an experienced alliances leader to own and scale our most strategic silicon partnerships. As 'The Expert Neocloud', our market leadership relies on deep, day-to-day sales, engineering and GTM alignment with the world's leading accelerated computing platforms.

In this role, you will act as the primary executive bridge for our current silicon ecosystem and emerging alliances. You will own the strategic roadmap, co-sell motions, and joint go-to-market execution across our platform partners, ensuring Cirrascale remains at the bleeding edge of AI and ML infrastructure deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement & Lifecycle Management

• Journey Mapping: Design the end-to-end partner onboarding journey. Ensure partners are able to seamlessly transact with Cirrascale by defining the training and certification paths that move them from ecosystem partner to revenue-producing partner.
• Activation Strategy: Proactively identify stagnant or under-performing partners. Create and execute playbooks to re-engage them, utilizing the data provided by our RevOps infrastructure.
• Certification & Enablement: Manage the operational requirements for partner enablement, ensuring our extended teams have the tools and content needed to drive demand and customer engagement.

Strategic Program & MDF Optimization

• Program Architecture: Co-develop the strategic framework for a tiered partner program. Define the criteria for attainment (e.g., specific AI workload expertise or co-sell milestones) that RevOps will implement in our systems.
• MDF ROI Analysis: Partner with RevOps to move beyond MDF tracking to MDF strategy . Analyze which partner investments yield the highest pipeline conversion and provide recommendations and plans for future allocation.

Business Insight & Reporting

• Partner Impact Scorecards: Build and maintain the business view of our alliances. Transform raw CRM data into "Partner Impact Scorecards" used to lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and influence partner executive leadership.
• Voice of the Partner: Act as the internal liaison for partner feedback. Identify where current processes (e.g., deal registration hurdles) are creating friction and collaborate with operations to streamline them.

Required Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in partner alliances strategy, operations or sales/GTM, with deep expertise in the "co-sell" motion (ideally within AI, Cloud Infrastructure, or Neocloud environments).
• Proven ability to identify which partners to bet on and how to maximize their output, rather than just processing their paperwork.
• Exceptional ability to work alongside a multifunctional team of counterparts, translating your alliance-growth goals into sales, technical and customer success requirements.
• Deep understanding of how to motivate a partner sales organization and navigate complex, multi-party deals (hyperscalers, channel partners, and direct reps).
• Ability to build a business case for program changes using data, pipeline velocity metrics, and ACV influence, rather than intuition.
• Strong communicationskills with the ability to present complex analyses clearly to executive stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for the Strategic Alliances Manageris $150,000 to $200,000. This pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job for the location for which it has been posted. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
