Our facility is the first of its kind in Massachusetts offering Metro West Boston families the ultimate program for swim instruction and life saving water safety education.What we are looking for:We are looking to hire a Training and Development Manager!Our Training and Development manager will be responsible for taking care of our team! You will help support new hires from day 1 on the job until they are independent instructors. Also, you will play an integral role in employee culture, employee engagement and overall employee job satisfaction. You should be someone who has a passion for the water and working with children while also being highly organized, dependable and open to feedback. As the Training and Development manager, you will report to the General Manager and provide support throughout prime time shifts.We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves families and being around people. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience.
