Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a critical-need assignment. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based rehabilitation services to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and enhance overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, mobility enhancement, and strength-building interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Promote patient safety and positive rehabilitation outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current BLS Certification preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, or outpatient experience preferred.
