Overnight Process Technician

Randstad is seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key player in our manufacturing and system operations, working alongside engineers to handle set-up and calibration tasks, provide system support, and perform preventative maintenance.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Troubleshooting: Conducting failure analysis and performing rework to ensure quality.
• Quality Control: Using sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for in-line adjustments and quality testing.
• Process Improvement: Assisting in developing and implementing methods to control and modify manufacturing processes.
• Compliance: Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Shift Available: B - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is meticulous, technically skilled, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• A focus on quality: You are detail-oriented and value precision, with a proven ability to strictly adhere to SOPs .

• Reliability and flexibility: You are reliable and punctual, and you're flexible enough to work off-hours if needed. You also have excellent organizational skills.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
