The Clinic Coordinator will work closely with clinical staff and providers to coordinate appointments, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure each day runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate patient visits, follow-up appointments, and procedure scheduling to maintain an efficient daily workflow.• Serve as a central point of contact for patients, the surgeon, and external medical offices, ensuring timely and clear communication.• Maintain patient charts and office documentation with a high level of accuracy while protecting confidential information.• Review insurance details, support authorization processing, and respond to routine billing-related questions from patients.• Help keep clinic operations on track by organizing front-desk activities, preparing rooms for visits, and monitoring the provider calendar.• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the neurosurgery team, including phone coverage, file organization, and data entry tasks.• Manage office supply levels and coordinate replenishment to support uninterrupted clinic operations.Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and Sick Time Off.
