Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (Long Term Care) opportunity in Harvey, North Dakota. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting. Start date: 09/01/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,601-$1,680 per week. Hours: 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 rotating with evenings/nights mix. The position requires BLS certification. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,601-$1,680 per week Assignment duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 Shift: 5x8 rotating (evenings/nights mixture) Start date: 09/01/2026 Setting: hospital environment delivering long-term care Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents within a long-term care context under supervision of registered nurses and physicians Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and intramuscular/IV therapies according to orders and facility policy Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, and promptly report changes to the supervising team Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and safety, supporting residents’ functional independence as able Document care provided, outcomes, and any changes in patient condition in the electronic or paper chart Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans Adhere to infection prevention and safety protocols and ensure a clean, safe care environment Requirements BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Availability for a 5x8 rotating schedule (evenings/nights mixture) and 40 hours per week Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in Harvey, ND Ability to work effectively in a hospital setting providing long-term care services Experience in a long-term care or acute care environment is preferred (not required to be documented here) Benefits and Support Housing not provided by the facility 13-week travel assignment with structured scheduling 40-hour work weeks on a rotating shiftTravel assignment support through Healthforce Healthcare LLC Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
