Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by engaging and taking a sincere interest in guests. Welcome guests upon arrival, handle luggage unloading and offer information about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area. Assist guests throughout their stay as the bell person/guest services attendant. Work with the team to deliver a personalized experience to each guest. Stand and move throughout the hotel for the full shift, including elevator and valet lot areas. Resolve issues that arise and maintain a professional, pleasant demeanor. Ensure guests receive a “WOW” experience that goes beyond the norm. Qualifications At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction. Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the past six months. Hospitality industry experience is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Outgoing, engaging, pleasant, helpful personality. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and stand for the duration of the shift.
