WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FORDue to growth and increasing demand, our client is hiring Grinder Operators to play a vital role in their production process. This position is essential in preparing fresh masa the foundation of their high-quality tortilla chips .
Key Responsibilities:Operate & Monitor Equipment Run grinding machinery to produce consistent, high-quality masa.
Adjust & Maintain Machines Ensure proper texture and quality by fine-tuning equipment as needed.
Ensure Cleanliness & Safety Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards.
Work as a Team Collaborate with the production crew to meet daily goals.
Keep the Workplace Safe Follow all safety protocols to maintain a clean and secure environment.
Competitive Pay Earn based on experience and skill level.
Consistent Schedule Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM 3:30 PM (with potential overtime until 4:30 PM ).

Experience Preferred Previous manufacturing or food production experience is a plus.
