Your Role Within Our Team

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering essential diagnostic testing, and devising personalized treatment strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions, in collaboration with physicians or independently as per your credentialing
• Educating patients and families on wellness, prevention, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing necessary medications and therapies aligned with your practice scope
• Engaging in follow-up care and management of chronic conditions
• Working cooperatively within interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
• Documenting care comprehensively and accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure and Certification Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or the ability to obtain within three months)
