• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off rotation -- can be split between providers
• 3 - 5 patients per day with 1 - 2 daily admissions
• General neurosurgery with trauma, tumor, and VP shunt procedures
• Comprehensive spine surgery including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar cases
• Clinical hours plus call coverage with patient rounding
• ICP monitor placement and external traction procedures required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
