Schedule Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med/Surg Telemetry. The RN will provide high-quality patient care while monitoring and assessing patients in a telemetry setting. This role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit. Monitor patients' vital signs and telemetry readings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient care and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience. Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license.
