Cardiac Sonographer II

Per Diem, Day shift

The Cardiac Sonographer II performs moderate complexity exams and procedures, requiring independent judgement and the ability to recognize abnormal findings.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an approved School of Sonography or equivalent combination of training and experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
2. License/Certifications: ARDMS or CCI certification in Cardiac Sonography required. BLS certification required, or must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: Minimum one year of Cardiac ultrasound experience required.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Performs TEE and/or stress Echocardiograms.
