Assist residents with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to doctor appointments, indoor/outdoor activities, and shopping. Follow the patient’s individual care plan and maintain accurate documentation. Requirements High school diploma or GED. AHCA Level 2 Background check. A valid HHA Certificate or Certified Nursing Assistant License in good standing with the State of FL. CPR certification. Completion of CEU’s in Alzheimer’s (2 hours), HIV/AIDS, and Medication Management. Negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray. Physical Examination clearance. Minimum one (1) year of experience in home health or nursing assistance. Valid Florida driver’s license in good standing. Self‑directed with the ability to work independently. Empathy and strong communication skills in English. Professional courtesy, respect, and a positive public image. Team‑player attitude. Confidentiality and security of client information. Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
