Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Shift Leader (Leader Support) to join our leadership team. This hands-on leadership position is designed for someone who wants more than just a management job, it is the first step in a long-term leadership career with Chick-fil-A.

You'll work alongside experienced leaders while learning every aspect of operating a multi-million dollar restaurant. As you demonstrate initiative, ownership, and leadership, you'll have opportunities to grow into Assistant Director, Director, and Senior Director roles.
