Responsibilities include operating and monitoring block-forming towers, HMI's, metal detectors, and packaging equipment; loading packaging materials; adjusting equipment to ensure proper block size, weight, and labeling; boxing, palletizing, labeling and moving finished product to staging or shipping areas; entering and closing work orders; documenting production, lot numbers, and weights accurately; performing quality checks and immediately reporting food safety or quality concerns; conducting equipment setup, calibration, minor maintenance, and routine sanitation of packaging equipment and work areas; recording cooler temperatures and reporting deviations as needed; training team members on packaging procedures and safety standards; assisting with shipping or other production as needed; and operating forklifts.

Requirements include forklift certification, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior manufacturing experience preferred, basic math, computer, and documentation skills, ability to walk/stand for 8-12 hours, regularly lifting 40-50 pounds, strong communication skills and ability to read work instructions, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environments, and ability to work in warm/cool environments (55 – 80 degrees).
