As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring facilities meet cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces.
• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and high-touch areas.
• Change linens, make beds, and replace towels as required.
• Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning products, toiletries, paper products, and other supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged property, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, schedules, and quality standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
• Maintain organized storage areas and cleaning carts.
• Ensure compliance with all company and client safety policies.
• Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests, residents, customers, and staff.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Experience in hotels, healthcare facilities, offices, or residential cleaning is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
• Ability to push carts and move cleaning equipment as needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily cleaning goals.
