Rep-Lite is partnering with an established medical device manufacturer to identify a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Georgia and Alabama. Territory Based in the Greater Atlanta area covering: Georgia Alabama Approximately 50% overnight travel throughout the territory. Why This Opportunity? You’ll represent innovative surgical technologies used across multiple specialties including: Vascular Surgery General Surgery Plastic Surgery Trauma Transplant Urology Colorectal Thoracic Surgery Robotic Surgery You’ll work directly with surgeons, OR teams, hospital leadership and supply chain to introduce technologies that improve workflow and patient care. What You’ll Do As the Territory Sales Manager, you’ll own your territory from prospecting through long-term account growth. Responsibilities include: Drive new business development throughout the Georgia and Alabama Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, administrators and supply chain Sell both capital equipment and disposable products Lead product evaluations and clinical demonstrations Support product trials and in-servicing Develop physician champions within key accounts Navigate Value Analysis Committee (VAC) and capital approval processes Execute a strategic territory business plan Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM documentation Represent the company at conferences, educational meetings and industry events We're Looking For Someone Who Has 5+ years of surgical or operating room medical device sales experience Proven success selling into hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers Experience calling directly on surgeons Experience selling capital equipment, disposable products or both Strong business development and prospecting skills Demonstrated history of quota attainment Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills Ability to travel overnight throughout territory (approximately 50%) Bachelor's degree preferred Highly Preferred Experience Candidates with experience selling into any of the following environments are encouraged to apply: Robotic Surgery General Surgery Vascular Plastics Colorectal Trauma Cardiac Urology Capital Equipment Surgical Navigation OR Equipment Experience launching new products or growing underdeveloped territories is highly valued.
