Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: High School Diploma or equivalent, required CDA, AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, preferred 2+ years experience Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required. The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
