JOB REQUIREMENTS Active Connecticut Medical License or Ability to Obtain Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active DEA Board Certification in Psychiatry Preferred Child and Adolescent Inpatient Psychiatry Experience (Preferred) Ability to Manage Acute Psychiatric Conditions in an Inpatient Setting
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Psychiatric Care to Child and Adolescent Inpatients Conduct Psychiatric Evaluations and Assessments Develop and Manage Treatment Plans Prescribe and Monitor Psychiatric Medications Collaborate with Nursing, Therapy, and Behavioral Health Staff Complete Timely and Accurate Clinical Documentation Participate in Multidisciplinary Treatment Team Meetings
