We are looking for a Controller to support accurate document handling and records administration for our team in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This position focuses on organizing, reviewing, and processing business documentation so information is easy to access, properly maintained, and ready for operational use. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, consistency in file management, and the ability to keep high volumes of paperwork and scanned records well organized.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the receipt, organization, and maintenance of business records to ensure documents remain complete and easy to retrieve.
• Scan paper files and convert them into accurate digital records while maintaining quality and legibility standards.
• Review incoming documentation for completeness and proper formatting before filing or distributing materials.
• Compile related records into organized files and document packages for internal use and reporting needs.
• Maintain document control practices that support version accuracy, retention standards, and orderly record storage.
• Track file activity and update indexes or logs so teams can quickly locate current and archived materials.
• Coordinate with internal staff to collect missing paperwork and resolve discrepancies in submitted documents.• Experience supporting document control or records management activities in an office or operational environment.
• Proficiency with document scanning processes and digital file organization.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing, compiling, and maintaining documentation.
• Ability to manage repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Familiarity with handling confidential or sensitive records with careful attention to detail.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple document-related assignments.
