Patient Access & Scheduling Specialist

HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Registrar in our Call Center in Springfield, IL. The role focuses on handling a high volume of patient calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate patient data in the EHR while supporting clinics and providers for coordinated patient care. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, knowledge of medical terminology, and the ability to multitask across systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance in a full-time shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
