$85,000 to $95,000

Linarc is construction project management software for general contractors and specialty contractors, from a few crews up to $100M a year. Our customers are practical people who hate software-speak. We need one person who owns our content end to end: the words and the video. You write it, you make it, you ship it.

What you'll do

Own Linarc's content. Headlines, emails, landing pages, articles, ads, and social posts that get a contractor to switch from Procore or Buildertrend. Build our Instagram toward a post a day, and adapt the best of it for LinkedIn. Ghostwrite for our founder, who is blunt and doesn't do hype. Script, record, and edit our videos yourself: screen recordings, product walkthroughs, explainers, voiceover pieces (no talking heads). Roughly half writing, half video, and the same voice across both. Keep every video current as the product ships monthly.

What we need

3+ years making B2B content you wrote and produced yourself, not managed

A portfolio with headlines you'd defend and videos you cut

Fluent in CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci, and fast

Ghostwriting experience, or the nerve to try it

Comfortable with a blue-collar audience without talking down to them

Use AI tools, but your own judgment shows in the work.

Humor is a plus.

What we don't need

SEO content managers, technical writers, or anyone whose samples all say "streamline" and "visibility."

Agencies or freelancers keeping clients on the side. This is full-time, in-house.

How we hire

Before any call, you'll get a short headline exercise by email and we'll ask for two short videos you made yourself. Writing is the gate. Two rounds, decision within two weeks.
