We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with proven full-stack experience to lead the development of high-performing, secure, and scalable systems supporting mission-driven projects.
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates near Newport News, VA)
Salary Range: $107,900 – $195,050 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, code, and optimize full-stack software solutions
- Implement APIs and integrate databases using SQL Server
- Ensure software meets cybersecurity and compliance standards
- Lead code reviews, testing, and release management
- Mentor junior developers and support technical delivery excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Vue.js or similar frameworks
- Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams
- Strong focus on quality, performance, and security
