We are seeking a professional and courteous Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at our events and functions. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest experiences by serving food and beverages, maintaining impeccable table settings, and ensuring all banquet operations run smoothly. You will work collaboratively with our culinary and event teams to execute flawless service for events of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet tables according to event specifications, including place settings, linens, glassware, and centerpieces
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner, following proper service techniques and etiquette
• Clear and reset tables between courses while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special needs throughout the event
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other servers to ensure seamless service execution
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper food handling procedures
• Manage table inventory and communicate any issues or shortages to management
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup of banquet areas following events
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
• Familiarity with banquet or fine dining service standards
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of table service etiquette and proper place settings
