Requirements Ability to work every scheduled shift consistently Ability to perform repetitive physical work for 12-hour shifts Ability to repeatedly lift materials from floor level to overhead Ability to carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in hot, wet, and occasionally cold conditions Ability to work around loud machinery Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures Must pass basic and county background checks Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred Job Duties Unload stacks of up to 25 trays from dollies Transport trays to the manual loading area Pre-soak trays before washing Feed trays into the conveyor washing system Repeatedly handle trays weighing 5-10 poundsMaintain a steady production flow Follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures Keep the work area safe and organized Wear appropriate clothing and remain hydrated throughout the shift Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
