We are looking for a Shift Leader. Responsibilities Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They empower the team to take charge and set the morale and tone. They provide feedback and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. They ensure the quality of the food and beverages we serve and maintain a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, you have the opportunity to grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
