Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) will support multi-location, cross-functional teams to deliver new products and designs from concept through production and field deployment. The PM will manage cost, schedule, quality, and requirements working with sales & marketing, supply chain, technical teams, manufacturing, and field operations. The PM will support individuals to understand and communicate the complexities of development activities, risk management, and timely escalations throughout the project development. The PM will operate within the Otis structured stage-gate and agile product development frameworks.On a typical day you will be:Coordinating with Engineering teams and sub-systems owners to ensure prototype and production drawings readinessCoordinating with Supply Chain to ensure drawings or marked up drawings are shared and engage right engineer with supplier for any technical discussion and issue resolutionEnsure prototype parts delivery according to plan, tracking and following up with suppliers and factoryCoordinate prototype installation with Engineering teams and sub-systems owners as well as turnbacks from installation and tests.Ensure production drawings are on schedule and tracked as well as the changes needed based on turnbacks and tests.In collaboration with Program Manager/Director, manage program stakeholders, schedule, scope, cost, risk, interdependencies, and resourcesSupport project reviews, gate reviews and other team/executive communicationsPlan, track, and communicate project details such as goals, trades, schedule, cost, and milestonesFacilitate team meetings, providing leadership and direction focusing on deliverables, goals, actions, and timelinesSupport initiatives within the program management team to increase efficiencies, processes, and toolsWhat you will need to be successful:Associate degree required / BS in engineering preferred5+ years of project management experience requiredExperience with hands-on project leadership from concept through deployment withMulti-functional, global teams requiredExposure managing competing priorities, distributed teams, multi-disciplinary and crossorganizational stakeholders, and complex system trades requiredExperience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Teams, Project, Word, Excel) requiredAbility to work independently and in a highly collaborative, team environment requiredEffective communication and presentation skills requiredProficiency in spoken and written English requiredFamiliarity with Daptiv or similar project management tools desiredTravel up to 10%Additional Comments:Given the nature of the position, applicants must have authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.What we offer:We offer a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and an automatic retirement contribution for your future financial security from day one of your employment, you and your eligible dependents will receive comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.Enjoy three weeks of paid vacation, along with paid company holidaysWe provide paid sick leave, employee assistance, and wellness incentive programs to support your well-being.Life insurance and disability coverage to protect you and your family.Voluntary benefits, including options for legal, pet, home, and auto insurance.We offer generous birth/adoption and parental leave benefits, as well as adoption assistance, to support growing families.Pursue your educational goals with our tuition reimbursement program.Recognize and be recognized!
