The role involves evaluating patient progress, developing treatment plans, and delivering effective therapy to facilitate patient rehabilitation, with a focus on pediatric care. Job Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech Therapy (ST) or Speech Language Pathology, licensure by the ST Board of State of California, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, 0 years minimum experience, outpatient pediatric work experience preferred Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, administer department modalities and protocols appropriate to pediatric patients, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Responsibilities: Implement treatment plans, provide prescribed speech therapy treatments, conduct patient evaluation, facilitate discharge planning, document patient care thoroughly and promptly, and participate in interdisciplinary communication and programs. Additional Information: Knowledge of speech therapy modalities, patient evaluation, patient flow, and effective communication skills are essential for this role.
