Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales and performance goals
• Drive store-level revenue, conversion metrics, and customer satisfaction results
• Provide ongoing training, performance management, and professional development for team members

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, customer-facing leadership, or a related sales environment
