Home Health Aide (HHA) - In-Home Caregiver

Job Location: Clearwater, Florida.

Qualifications: Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All Requirements:

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (in-home care preferred).

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance .

• Level 2 Background Screening with up-to-date fingerprinting.

• Current Negative TB Test .

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

• Strong communication skills.

What You Will Do:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.

• Provide mobility assistance and ensure client safety.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.

• Accompanying clients to appointments.

• Perform light housekeeping : laundry, cleaning, organizing

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and help clients maintain social connections.

• Follow care plans and agency protocols.
