Core Staffing Service

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,628.11

An RN Unit Managerdirects patient care, supervises nursing staff, and ensures regulatory compliance on a specific hospital or facility floor. Core duties include staff scheduling, care plan coordination, and serving as a liaison for families.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Directs, schedules, evaluates, and disciplines unit nurses and care staff.

Patient Care: Oversees daily medical treatments, makes patient rounds, and updates care plans.

Compliance & Safety: Enforces state and federal health regulations and facility policies.

Communication: Acts as the main contact between patients, families, physicians, and upper management.

Job Requirements

Licensure: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Experience: Typically requires 2 years of nursing experience

Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
