Available Full-Time Weekend Double Shifts: 6:00 am - 10:00 pm Saturday - Sunday Candidates must work two consecutive weekend double shifts to qualify for the Baylor Pay! Pay, Benefits and Perks of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN): Competitive Pay Based on Experience Baylor Pay - Work 32 hours but be paid for 40! Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations) Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full-time only) Earn PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance (full-time only) 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar year for approved program of study Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment Medical (Teledoc Included), Dental, Vision, Life and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees Have fun with contests and employee appreciation events every month Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN): Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications Administers medications Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents Documents that treatment as required Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner Others duties as assigned Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN): Graduate of accredited LPN or RN School of Nursing One year of nursing experience is preferred Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Oklahoma is required Valid CPR certification Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff EEO Statement: Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
