Job Description Job Description Directs all maintenance activities, prepare and manage preventive maintenance. This is a hands-on position that will require you to coordinate and also perform repairs. Responsible for creating and maintaining a harmonious and dynamic work environment. Reports to the Asst. Director of Maintenance and Director of Maintenance.
