What You'll Do (Your Impact)
- Help residents regain independence in daily activities like dressing, bathing, mobility, and cognition
- Design personalized therapy plans that reflect each resident's goals, not just diagnoses
- Use evidence-based interventions to drive meaningful functional outcomes
- Partner with nurses, PTs, SLPs, and physicians as part of a strong interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents and families so progress continues beyond therapy sessions
- Smaller caseloads focused on quality outcomes
- Strong interdisciplinary collaboration - you're never on an island
- Clinical autonomy within compliant, supportive systems
- Leadership that understands therapy and values your expertise
- Flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, PRN options available)
