Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations, uphold standards, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. You will assist the Restaurant Leader with onboarding, payroll, schedules, and performance management for hourly crewmembers. Role includes managing shifts, cash handling, customer service, and ensuring cleanliness and safety.
