Minimum Qualifications:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification recognized in the United States.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Basic understanding of patient care and safety procedures.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by the employer.
• Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and assisting patients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a CNA in a hospital, nursing home, or long-term care facility.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing patient care needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, accurately and timely.
• Provide mobility support by helping patients move safely, including transferring, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient conditions, changes, and concerns to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients by following infection control protocols and facility policies.
