In 2019, Acushnet Company partnered with KJUS, joining our brand with other fantastic labels like Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey Your responsibilities Responsibility for the merchandising of the European websites to support local priorities and activities to maximize DTC sales, including pricing uploads, collaboration on local promotions and organization of translations of product and site copy to local languages (German) Provides market insights and regional expertise to inform global seasonal campaigns and brand strategy, ensuring alignment with European customer preferences, buying behavior, and regulatory/market nuances Works cross-functionally and in conjunction with teams both in Europe and in the US, collaborating across eCommerce and Marketing General maintenance of the European website, including updates and content creation to ensure product and content integrity Supports Customer Service team through DTC operations and by assisting with eCommerce related customer inquiries from around Europe Coordinates with the digital ad agency on creative assets and marketing needs, partnering closely with E-Commerce Manager to deliver a best-in-class, premium customer experience Schedules DTC newsletters (emails) for the European market based on the eCom GTM and seasonal strategy, monitors results, and consistently maintains the email database Supports Retail with newsletters, including creation, templates, and/or sending Monitors inventory levels, optimizes product placement based on stock levels, and collaborates with the North American Merchandiser Analyst and E-Commerce Manager on product lifecycle management Monitors and analyzes product performance metrics to identify trends and implement strategies that improve product visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance Implements SEO/AIO content and strategies aligned with global best practices Candidate requirements Commercial education (KV, commercial school) and further education in eCommerce or bachelor’s degree in related field 2 – 5 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally with a focus on merchandising or digital marketing Strong understanding of digital landscape (online merchandising, digital marketing, SEO, web development) and of the metrics that drive value in an eCommerce business (traffic, inventory, etc.) Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Emarsys) and campaign execution Excellent project management and organization skills, self-directed and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and adhering to various deadlines Strong customer-focus with an understanding of how to optimize the on-site customer experience and improve the customer journey, engagement, and sales Numeric and analytic aptitude with proficiency in Excel & Microsoft Office programs Very good communication skills in German (mother tongue) and English Sporty and passionate person who loves to work independently but also in a team Ready to Make an Impact?
