WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Conduct remote evaluations, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients across your licensed state(s)

• Educate and guide patients on getting the most from their hearing technology
• Provide feedback on new hearing care tools and workflows that improve the

patient experience

• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure seamless patient journeys
• Contribute clinical insights to hear.com's global network, the largest

independent audiology network in the world --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WHAT YOU BRING

* Active HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with 2+ years of fitting experience * A patient-first approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in outcomes

• Comfort working independently and managing your own schedule and caseload
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work across teams in a

fast-paced environment * Reliable home internet: hardwired connection required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload) * Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all associated costs fully covered by hear.com) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Compensation * Total target earnings of $100,000 to $120,000 (base salary + monthly performance bonuses) Benefits
