A tax professional with 13 years of public accounting experience and strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. Prepare and review tax returns, conduct tax research, support tax planning initiatives, and begin mentoring junior staff while managing multiple client engagements. This role offers hands-on experience preparing a variety of tax returns, researching complex tax matters, supporting client tax planning, and building relationships while working with a diverse and sophisticated client base including high-net-worth individuals and businesses across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, drafting and revising tax correspondence, memoranda, and client deliverables, preparing tax projections and supporting tax planning strategies, researching and analyzing domestic and international tax issues, providing training, guidance, and support to tax staff and interns, developing foundational relationship-building skills to support client loyalty, building understanding of client industries, KPIs, and emerging tax trends, participating in networking activities and maintaining relationships with business peers.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Accounting or Taxation preferred. Minimum 1 year of public accounting experience, with at least one busy season. CPA licensed or actively pursuing CPA eligibility. Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing deadlines with high-quality results. Strong technical tax skills and analytical abilities.
