Position: Sr. Director of Youth & Family Program and Operations/Associate Executive Director

Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,00.00

The YMCA Youth & Family Services, the social services branch is seeking a Senior Director/Associate Executive Director to lead operations, people, and programs in alignment with our mission and community impact goals. This role is for a leader who turns strategy into action, builds high-performing teams, and delivers measurable results.

Your Impact:

• Lead Strategically
  Oversee Youth & Family Services operations, ensuring programs and business functions align with priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Build Strong Teams
  Develop and support department leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth grounded in Y values.
• Deliver Results
  Ensure programs are safe, high-quality, and outcome-driven, with a clear focus on community impact.
• Drive Performance
  Manage budgets, funding sources, and key metrics, using data to improve performance and respond to evolving needs.
• Strengthen Relationships
  Cultivate partnerships with members, families, volunteers, and community stakeholders.
• Advance Strategy
  Support branch leadership and contribute to association-wide initiatives, turning goals into action.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of senior or executive leadership experience
• Proven experience overseeing budget and grant management
• Strong leadership in programs, teams, and financial performance
• Ability to connect operations with long-term strategic impact
• Effective relationship builder across diverse stakeholders
• Adaptable, mission-driven mindset
