Mosaic is seeking Nightlife Bartenders who will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife and lounge environment. This role requires strong beverage knowledge, precision in execution, speed of service, and a commitment to hospitality and teamwork. Nightlife Bartenders prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar environment.

Successful candidates thrive in energetic nightlife settings, maintain composure under pressure, and communicate effectively with guests and team members. Nightlife Bartenders help create a vibrant and elevated atmosphere by executing high-volume cocktail service, supporting VIP and bottle service operations, and contributing to revenue growth through suggestive selling and premium beverage recommendations.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and engaging hospitality to guests at the bar while maintaining an energetic nightlife atmosphere.
• Maintain strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, champagne, and premium bottle offerings to confidently guide guest selections and support VIP service.
• Execute high-volume cocktail service while maintaining composure, organization, and beverage quality standards.
• Support bottle service operations by preparing mixers, ice buckets, glassware, and bar setups required for VIP table service.
• Suggestively sell premium spirits, champagne, shots, and specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.
• Meet or exceed beverage sales expectations by promoting premium products and encouraging additional rounds or add-ons.
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system and process payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow best practices for cash handling, drawer management, and end-of-shift reconciliation procedures.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with local and state regulations.
• Maintain awareness of open tabs and ensure all guest checks are properly closed and accounted for.
• Monitor the bar area to prevent nonpaid tabs or walk-outs, following established procedures such as securing a credit card for tabs during late-night service hours.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area, including polishing glassware and restocking inventory throughout service.
• Work collaboratively with nightlife servers, barbacks, security, hosts, and management to maintain smooth service flow.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work as assigned.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation guidelines.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
• Contribute positively to team morale and support fellow team members during high-volume periods.
• Additional duties as needed within the scope of the role.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 2 years of bartending experience in a nightclub, lounge, or high-volume bar environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with bottle service and VIP table service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, champagne, and premium bottle offerings.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol per state law.
• Valid alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds (trays, beverage racks, etc.)
• Continuous movement in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and twist frequently throughout shift.
• Work environment may include dim lighting, loud music, and crowded conditions typical of nightlife venues.
• Must be able to move safely through kitchen area, including slick floors and tight spaces.
