Locations: Camp Hill, PA 17001 & Dillsburg, PA 17019
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 2–3 Days per Week | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are actively seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for part-time Home Health & Hospice opportunities in Camp Hill and Dillsburg, Pennsylvania .

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNAs who enjoy providing personalized, one-on-one patient care in a home-based setting. You will work independently while receiving support from an interdisciplinary healthcare team dedicated to patient comfort, dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Available Locations

We are hiring for two separate openings:

• Camp Hill, PA 17001 – 1 Part-Time CNA Position
• Dillsburg, PA 17019 – 1 Part-Time CNA Position

Both positions offer $20.00 per hour for approximately 16 hours per week .

Local travel to patients' homes is required within the assigned service territory, including the Mechanicsburg and Harrisburg areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals receiving home health and hospice services.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, safety, and independence.
• Observe, document, and promptly report changes in patient condition to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with nurses and other interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support individualized care plans.
• Reinforce care instructions and provide emotional support to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Respond professionally and compassionately to patient and family needs.
• Travel to patient residences throughout the designated service area.
• Work independently while maintaining effective communication with clinical leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience .
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Willingness and ability to travel to patients' homes within the assigned territory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned patient visits.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.
• Must not have applied to or worked for Residential Healthcare Group within the previous 6 months.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $20.00
• Weekly Hours: 16 hours
• Estimated Weekly Earnings: $320 before taxes
• Workdays: 2–3 days per week
• Schedule Window: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Travel: Local travel to patients' homes within the assigned territory
